About
Courtney Blodgett, Founder
Courtney is an entrepreneur working across demand flexibility, energy efficiency, solar-plus-battery microgrids, and sustainable investing. She co-founded Edo, a start-up turning commercial buildings into virtual power plants, has advised the United Nations and the UK government on climate change, and invests as an angel in high-impact start-ups.
She is known for learning fast, developing strategy and carrying it through to implementation, and leading cross-cultural teams. She has guest lectured at the University of Washington, New York University, and South Seattle College.
Courtney serves on the Board of Kilowatts for Humanity and volunteers as a Crisis Text Line counselor. An avid rock climber and hiker, she named Cordelette after the loop of cord that turns separate pieces of gear into one resilient anchor.
